Scheduling system is a joke. Check in with 20 minute wait. Get in five minutes early. 45 minute wait. What is the point. Can’t even schedule for a different day.
The staff here really make the experience all that much better! I have short hair and can go anywhere really as its not hard to screw that up! I come here for the atmosphere and experience! Always treat me with kindness and courtesy!
If I could leave no star I would. Refused a haircut with being told they’re to full with over a hour till close. Never been told this and been a loyal customer for years. Won’t be returning.
My husband and son came in for a haircut. Checked in online. My son was supposed to get the MVP. It’s the whole reason we drive the 30 mins. My son in fact did not get the MVP and my husband was looked over twice. He said it would’ve been a third time if he hadn’t have stopped the last. My son’s haircut is horrible and he was crying upset once we left the building. I will NOT be back.
