I scheduled an appointment and was told to arrive in 26 minutes. I drove from the back of Kingwood in less then 20 minutes to have them tell me they canceled my appointment because they close in 10 mins. I was literally early to my appointment. Then they proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything about it. Their system is locked because they close in 10 minutes. You are still cutting peoples hair and the app is still taking appointments! Please go somewhere else that cares.
