God forbid you have to do a consultation to figure out how a customer wants their haircut. If you get the manager (amber) BEWARE of the attitude and condescending tone. She had an issue because I wasnt sure how short I wanted to go. Attitude was apparant as soon as I walked in the door. Was unwilling to help me figure out hiw id like my hair. She spoke as if I had one brain cell left and couldnt comprh3nd what was going on. Resulting in me, having to rip my cape off and leave the store. Will not set foot in that store again.... read more
