I always come here and normally never have any problems until today. To say that the person who cut my hair has no experience under their belt is an understatement, my hair was completely ruined and it looks nothing like what I had asked for when I sat on that chair. I think the manager that is in charge there tried to rescue the situation by stepping in and trying to even my hair out but being that I didn’t want to make a fuss about this situation I said my hair was fine and I left.
