Absolutely disappointed. I got a haircut from Marissa and it was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. First off, she didn’t even bother to show me the final result when she was done—I had to ask her to show me my own haircut, which should be a basic part of the process. When I finally saw it, I was shocked at how uneven and rushed it looked. No attention to detail, no care in the finish. It felt like she just wanted to get it over with. I walked out feeling embarrassed, not refreshed. Definitely not going back.

My boyfriend went to Sport Clips for a simple fade, and Marissa completely destroyed his haircut. The back of his head looks like an unfinished science experiment. She asked for feedback multiple times, yet blatantly ignored everything he said and just did whatever she wanted. It was as if she was practicing on him without any real plan or skill. Veronica is a great stylist and very nice. My son and I both go to her. I would highly recommend this location.
I didn't get the MVP experience when it was offered. I also declined just washing my hair and not getting the hot towel and a weak massage. Although, when I was rung up they still charged me for an MVP in hopes I wouldn't notice and would swipe my card. This was the 2nd time this has happened here, so I feel like this isn't done by mistake. I had to point out that I didn't get the MVP treatment which is a kinda awkward position to put the customer in.
