I have been driving an hour to come here for years. Last time was today. Legitimately cannot understand how you do this and let me leave. The other side looked fine and unfortunately I didn't notice how uneven this was until I was an hour away and back home. I've been slightly botched the last few times I have gone here, but never this badly.
I always request an electric razor to clean up the back of my neck and do not get charged. Today, I am sorely disappointed because I asked for the same cleanup and was charged $5. I would think a simple cleanup would be a part of a regular haircut. I have been told I can come in between haircuts and get a free “cleanup”. Why was I charged?
