By far the worst customer service ever I have seen. We have been coming to this place for more than 3 years now. Today, stylist named Vanessa is inexperienced and lacks professionalism. While I have given clear instructions on the hair cut for my son, she did not follow made it short, I explained her to check everything and fix it but she got impatient immediately and said she will not continue the haircut for him.
