We arrived at 6:27 PM and were told by a staff member to sign in, which I began doing. While signing in, a gentleman repeatedly stated that the system would not allow it due to timing, even though my son’s name had already appeared on the board. This was confusing, and when I asked if he meant they didn’t have time to cut my son’s hair, he continued repeating that the system wouldn’t allow it in an unhelpful manner.
