They weren't going by the Line Up and were playing favorites. Employee said a lot of girls quit. Only 1 stylist working 4pm on a Friday. I waited an hour and a half after using the app and just left after they let someone else go ahead of me. The wait times aren't accurate,add an extra hour to whatever the app says.
