My husband and my son went in for a hair cut. They were the last two people. They forgot about my husband and to make up for it threw in a free shampoo and massage which sure thats nice but his hair cut was rushed and looks terrible. My sons hair took over 35 min and they didnt even follow the picture that they were shown and took way too much hair off the top. They got there around 3:35 and didnt even leave until about 4:50 for two haircuts. This was their first and last experience at Sports Clips.
