The check in estimate is an awful system and the people won’t do anything to honor the wait times. The board said 5 minutes. My phone wait link said 5 minutes left until the appt. I had a text that said the stylist would be ready in 15minutes. Then the board updated and said 29 minutes. The person at the desk said others had now checked in infront of my kid and so ours was pushed back. The estimated time my son’s appt was said 2:40pm.
