I love the idea of the place and it was great once upon a time but recently with the there has been so much turnover that you can’t get the same person so the quality of haircut is dependent on a new person who messes up the haircut and then says I wasn’t really sure what u wanted.. Well stop and ask don’t just cut lower and lower when a trim was all that was asked.
I usually come in every week and since Tammy left, the store has gone down hill. Last few visits I came into the store with cartoons playing instead of sports, a woman sitting in a chair for over 45 minutes as if the store was now a salon. Also recently went in, no one else in the store signed up for someone who just left by the time I got there, no big deal, I asked to be put on first available and a stylist said ok then just went to the back and didn’t do anything. I showed up during posted business hours, and no one was there. They had modified hours yesterday. I guess the Hattiesburg location is closed
