I used the app to see extimated wait times and see who was working. Ashley was available in 20 min so I requested her and checked in. She was very patient with me and attentive to what I was requesting. We talked through a different cut that turned out fantastic!
Staff was nice and welcoming, good vibes, however I did NOT get what I had asked for. Just wanted a small trim with no more than half an inch off the sides. By the end of the cut I was probably a solid 2 inches shorter than before on all parts of my head but somehow the sides were longer? Likely not going back
