Monica is the outstanding. She does an excellent job cutting my hair. Recently I grew a beard and she did fantastic work trimming my beard. In addition, she truly cares about her clients. She always asks how you are doing and on a day that I am feeling low she is the bright spot in the day. Monica is a perfect 10 out of 10!!!
The manager there is awesome, she made the best out of a bad situation. The building AC was out, but they used fans and cool towels to help keep everyone comfortable. And the staff were still pleasant, kind, and professional even when noticably struggling with the heat.
