I love reserving my spot online so I know how long the wait is and plan my arrival. Ashleigh does a great job every time. She is very detailed, pleasant, and efficient without rushing.
Listened to a red head talk to a customer she knew for about 25 mins while there was 8 customers waiting for her to get done talking to get their hair cut.
Didn't listen to my instructions and cut off a section of hair I told her I was growing out. Proceeded to ignore the other directions for my hair and finished as fast as possible. Very annoyed that the haircut wasn't at all what I came in for. Would not recommend!
