This place is great for haircut and beard trims. I have been visiting this place regularly and Terry does a fantastic job every single time. She just knows how to blend in hair and beard per facial features. Highly recommend her
Very unprofessional staff. I am checked in the store with a prior appointment. There are 3 stylists. One serving a customer and 2 just chilling. Board shows 2 on deck which is false. My wait time is 26 mins. They are not taking anymore check in and there is just one more person waiting with me. This does not make sense.
I have been coming to Sport clips for the last many yrs to get my hair done and Carla .has been my stylist for those last many yrs.. I was bummed out when Manchester store closed . She is the best , friendly , knowledgeable and always listen to what the customer wants to get done, and she is very flexible... although I have not gotten service from any other stylist , I do however feel the good vibes in the store between all the other staff members and their customers...
Carla is THE best!!
