Went looking for a little off the side and clean up my neck line, after the first person couldn’t do a simple trim she had to get another person to help that began to shave my head without asking ended up leaving with a buzz cut and went in for a simple trim.Visited the same store 2 weeks prior was hesitant about going back.Won’t make that mistake again, it’s more like Supercuts than SportsClips this location has really went downhill.
I would like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment on November 7, 2024. The wait time that morning was excessively long, exceeding an hour. While I understand that circumstances may arise, I believe that having only one employee working during peak hours is insufficient. Amazing experience, shop was well kept and clean. Staff was very attentive. My stylists Laura was great she cut my exactly how I wanted it and even gave helpful tips on what would like best for my look. I love this location and will always go there for my cuts and trims. Laura 5*
