Asked for a scissor 1/4 in trim and stylist cut off 3 in of hair. Then when she noticed she messed up proceeded to use clippers to try to even it out which only made it worse. All the while the most inappropriate conversation was going on between the employees hating each other and talking about the stripper auditions at Sammy's coming up soon. This was a place to get a decent haircut but over the last 6 months or so just downhill.
