Earlier today, my boyfriend went in for a trim, TRIM. He comes home with his head totally shaved. This is not at all what he requested. He told and showed the lady doing his hair what he wanted, and according to him, she started doing the total opposite of what he requested. Will not be going back any time soon. smh
