My brother got a haircut today and the lad there gave the worst haircut possible. There was no style there and she completely messed up the whole textured fringe idea. I am never coming back here again

I’ve brought my son to this location twice before and never had a problem until today. When one of the stylists called my son’s name, she looked at him and said, “Do you want your hair cut? I don’t have experience cutting Black hair.” I was completely shocked and offended by that comment. Trying to stay calm, I asked if anyone else could cut his hair.
