This place obliterated my son’s hair and wouldn’t provide a refund. After leaving I called and all I asked was for a refund so I can take him somewhere to get his head cleaned up and they said I had to bring him back in and have it assessed and maybe they could fix it. My son was in tears the second we got to the truck and pulled his hood down to show me. I heard the interaction with the barber and my son but didn’t see what was going on. Butchered my sons hair- the stylist who cut it even knew she did a terrible job. They would not refund us, and asked us to bring him back in instead and let them try to fix it.
Always a good experience. Kensington is the best!!
