Ok, so first thing I want to say is no matter where I have been Ive always liked Sport Clips they have always had a great staff of talented hair stylists who have never done me wrong. The Ladies at the Russellville store are no exception all of them know what they are doing but today I saw something that made me Simile. Hair Stylist's name was Lace. $26 haircut for a "skin" fade and gave a $25 dollar tip. When I got home I looked at my head and I've never received a choppier hair cut in my entire life. Stray long hairs uncut, minimal uniformity, I asked for a skin fade, telling her clearly that I wanted it down to the skin, was not, no shaver was used. I wanted to give a shout out to Tiffany ( no Tag) extraordinaire. She was so friendly as too was her colleague. My experience today was lovely. The hair cut was on point and her hair wash was legit! I was so relaxed! TIFFANY even gave a lovely massage. Great job Tiffany! Patrick

Paid $30 even though we had a Free New Client coupon. Haircut was uneven, no MVP upgrade provided, and staff refused to honor their own promotion. Had to fix the haircut at home myself. Poor service and dismissive staff. Not returning...
Dom is amazing. She gave me a great haircut. The 3 stars is for her and her alone. However, and this has nothing to do with Dom, Im concerned because its apparently under new management and the new management is requiring stylists to add a $10 "Detailed Haircut Add-on" extra fee above and beyond the regular MVP fee. I got the same haircut Ive always gotten every other time ive been to this Sport Clips, just paid $10 more.
