Love coming here, Jessica does an awesome job every time. Very professional and genuinely interested in talking and hearing from you. Remembers me and what’s going on even when it’s been months between visits. Does a wonderful job cutting hair and a great job managing the place. Full of confidence and experience. Every stylist there is friendly and welcoming with every customer. I don’t ever hear complaints from anybody, customers or employees.
I’ve been going to this location for years, and have had mostly great results. I just went in to get a haircut with my minor son today. We were both seated at the same time, and next thing I know he is going back for a shampoo “MVP” treatment. When I asked him afterwards, he advised me that he was NOT asked if he even wanted this done, which to my knowledge is required. As his parent, I was not asked either.
