Very disappointing experience. I checked in online and arrived as instructed. After waiting, I was skipped and another customer was taken ahead of me. When I politely asked why I had been passed over, instead of receiving a clear explanation, the situation escalated and another customer began yelling at me. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. I felt ignored, disrespected, and embarrassed.
