Kristy was so kind and so skilled. I arrived convinced that very short/bald would be the best choice with what I saw as a bald patch on the back of my head. She explained that in her opinion it was thinning and that the surrounding hair being full and somewhat long exaggerated the appearance of balding. She presented a plan to have the area around the thinning hair cut shorter while maintaining length around the top/front for me to style and enjoy and she let me know that if I wasn't happy with the results we could cut it sh... read more
