My stylist, Teneshia, is very kind, efficient and talented.
I’m extremely disappointed with the haircut my husband received here. He comes in regularly and asks for the same haircut every single time, so I’m honestly not sure how it went this wrong. His hair is completely uneven, and the fade looks terrible. The hair cut for my kiddo was good but the time estimate has nothing to do with reality. I know it is an estimate, but going from 25 minutes to taking 75 minutes is not OK when you have a kid waiting.
Waited 10 minutes in the lobby with two other people. Not a single person working or customer in a barber chair. Two employees walked in from the back, did something on the computers, did not acknowledge us, then walked straight to the back again. Not a good business strategy.
