I scheduled my cut on the app and had 19 minutes to be “on deck” and I arrived within 12 minutes. I walked in the door and looked at the sign showing that I had zero minutes to my cut and I was the next person. The barber called the customer sitting in the lobby and bypassed me knowing that I was next. She knocked me back to another 20 minutes.
