Booked online at 1110, was advised to arrive at 1150 for appointment. 3 hair stylists there, 2 went on lunch at the same time around 12pm. Following a haircut, the third stylist skipped over my name (I was next in line) and called the second person in line. I waited until 1240pm before I left. One of the stylists was on her way back from long lunch as I was leaving. I told her to cancel my name I will never come back. What a waste of time.
Atmosphere is great. MVP experience is excellent. Trish does a great job as a stylist and store manager.
Erin did a wonderful job on my hair cut and trim. She was extremely friendly and pleasant. Keep up the great work!
