Tianna always cuts my hair great. As a matter of fact over the several years that I have known Tianna she has helped me get to a cut that I really like and looks good on me. I don't want a massage or shampoo, I wash my hair before going to get my haircut, price is to high for me, takes less than 8 minutes to cut my hair and they charge $30, That's about $200/hour. The stylists are great the business model doesn't work for me, glad to see Great Clips opened up across the street.
