I like the pointing system to sign in and you know when you should show up. I’ve never seen any staff member looking bummed out. They’re all upbeat happy and try to make you feel good.
verything was fine and I enjoyed my haircut. The stylist was great and very personable. But this tipping culture is out of control. The suggested tips are annoying as hell particularly when they are astronomically high. The lowest one was eight dollars which for a $31 haircut is more than 25% and then there was one for $12 which is nearly 40%. A 40% tip? That's your suggested tip? Seriously? Whatever happened to just being able to write your own tip? And then if you don't want to tip 40% you feel like an asshole for tipping ... read more
Haircut and stylist was super! I explained my woes with cowlics and she was able to give me a professional looking cut and keep those cowlics at bay. She was very friendly and held an enjoyable conversation throughout. Needless to say, I very pleased snd will definitely schedule my next cut here when the time comes.
