Great haircut and relaxing experience
TERRIBLE service and completely unacceptable staff conduct. We arrived for our appointment for my 5-year-old daughter, and had already waited 25 minutes. I briefly took my daughter to the restroom (which the front desk directed me to). In that short time, the Axel bumped us from the queue, without considering waiting for 1 more minute, minimum, adding 20 more minutes.
