I just spent 30 minutes waiting after doing an online check-in. Ordinarily this isn't a problem, but I checked in at 2pm and it gave me a 3:05 expected arrival time. I checked the timer again right before leaving, and this had been pushed out to 3:20, and continued to rise in 5-minute increments. I eventually got a text at 3:20 which said "Your stylist is estimated to be ready in 15 minutes." Annette is wonderful! She took detailed notes on my cut so she could recreate the look I was going for.
This place is amazing. I had a terrible experience at a hair chop shop. The wonderful staff at Sport Clips saved the day. They were so happy to fix it, I could tell they love their job and truly care about the customers. I am a veteran and I even got a discount. Such a wonderful vibe in there. I got the VIP treatment as part of the welcome package. Cannot hype this place up enough. Noni is a superstar!!!
