Love Joy and her positive, cheerful energy ad precise cuts!
This location has always been my son’s go-to spot, and his haircuts always turn out fantastic. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very different. I called earlier in the day to confirm that they could do a little girl’s haircut, and they assured me they could. I was told to check in on the app, which I did when I arrived 30 minutes before our appointment time. Our son suffered a head injury that resulted in shaving an area of his head for stitches. Joy talked through some options to clean it up and gently performed the MVP treatment to ensure he was comfortable and had a fresh, clean style. The increase in our son’s confidence coming out of Sports Clips with a nice haircut was astonishing. We will be back to Joy for future clean ups!
