I’m grateful she did a basic trim to my daughter’s loooong hair, which anyone could do straight across, but I asked for long layers and face framing—it all looked exactly the same…on tap of that she didn’t dry it and show me the layers, (cuz it wasnt one done) I always give good tips, but it just hurts my stomach to know. I gave a good tip and didn’t get my moneys worth.

Paid 30 dollars for a haircut. It was horrible, I grew my hair out for a year to get this length and all I asked for was a simple trim up just to make my hair look fresh especially on the sides. The lady that did it was rude and didn’t seem to care at all. I had long hair in the first place and all I wanted was a little trim. I came out after 45 minutes looking like I got a buzz cut.
