I came in, checked in, and wasn’t greeted at all. It felt very uncomfortable, especially since the client I was with has special needs I couldn’t help but feel like we were being treated unfairly because of that. A 28 dollar (overpriced to begin with) 8 year old’s haircut become 48 dollars because it was lower than her shoulders. No one said anything about the extra 20 dollar charge upfront. The haircuts weren’t even that great. Absolutely awful place. Will never go again.
Cindy is great- very skilled and friendly!
Staff is great (Shoutout Missy), the haircuts are always spot on, and the app saves time and is easy to use. I look forward to going there every time.
