I have lived here for almost 4 years. I strongly doubt the 5 star reviews left by those who clearly have only ever toured or just moved in. Location is okay, staff addresses most issues promptly, but issues of homeless population, multiple stolen packages, non-functional elevators and concerns for those with mobility concerns as well as trash and human/animal waste all over property that just cannot be kept up with and are overwhelming. UPDATE AFTER 8 MONTHS - 7-13-26 THE DISTRICT NIGHTMARE! My patience has absolutely ran thin here and I am absolutely LIVID with all the issues this run down complex has. The garage was left unsecured for months, my vehicle was stolen from the garage, and the thief did $5000+ worth of damage. My vehicle is still not drivable. , this is a delapated, outdated building. DJ and Scott were wonderful! I moved in and had some issues with AC and water heater, submitted work orders at 11pm. The next morning at 10:30 (30mins after opening), they were at my door to fix everything, PLUS a damaged panel that I hadn’t even asked about! Very grateful for their attentiveness and service.
