Mrs lien was amazing my favorite most trusted barber couldn’t get my haircut for 7 months because my schedule and hers didn’t line up I waited till I could and get it done by her again she’s the one and only true artist at work
Everything is usually great except for the online check stuff. You check in online set an appointment and still have to wait. You go into the store and check and still have to wait or you get skipped over by someone who checked in online. This makes no sense at all. It should first come first served period the end. Ridiculous
