Fantastic customer service and they listen to what haircut I wanted if I could give them a 20/10 I would but overall they are very professional

We won’t be back. Amber, the assistant manager was incredibly short and rude to my boys. She acted as if she was not interested when I was giving details on what I wanted, even showing pictures. After she was done and asked for my approval, she acted as if I ruined her day when I said “we still need at least half an inch off”. Very short tempered and was aggressive with my kiddos, don’t waste your time and money coming here.
I’ve been going for a couple years now and I’m always satisfied with my cut. The most recent time I went, I had Bonnie (at least that’s what the name on the desk said) and she was amazing. She was very detailed and asked me several questions about how I wanted my haircut. It ended up being the best haircut I’ve ever had.
