Just trying to get my $150 back for a key that was return. Funny thing is I have a recording on the manager here saying to only makes sure people she don’t like gets charged with the key fee…I’m messaged the owner, area leader and manager. I’ll remove one I get my money back The key was return last Friday 8/20
Really disappointed with this place. The haircut felt rushed from start to finish, and the quality just wasn’t there. I showed the barber pictures of exactly what I wanted for both me and my son, but neither haircut came out close to what we asked for. My haircut was uneven in several areas, and the beard trim was poorly done too. I actually had to go home and fix both my hair and beard myself. So I rarely come to this location considering I don't live in Cary. I got a buzzcut and a MVP treatment. The haircut is 10/10. It's the person who cut my hair. I could tell she didn't want to be there today. She also was ruff with the razors she was using. She bared down to hard and I thought she was going to cut my skin. Also when it came to the MVP treatment, she didn't use the massage gun which is part of it. I recently found out they also changed their hours.
