Quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received. It’s hard to imagine this is anything but intentional. Arthena had zero customer service, she barely said 5 words the entire time. She soaked my hair with water to the point it was dripping like I just got out of the pool. The cut is uneven, she didn’t touch the top, and around the ears are jacked up. Arthena did a really nice job. She cut my hair just like I asked. Plus good conversation.
My husband took our 6 year old to get a haircut and when they left they had styled his hair so it looked ok, but when he showered that night we saw how bad the cut actually was. They need to pay attention to applicants and not just hire anyone.
The Products work really Well if used as Directed thanks to Ce’ Leah, I know how to properly use the Hair products. She was Very kind and i was really impressed how she Cut my hair . I do Recommend her 10/10 . I will be going back to her 💯
