This place is a great experience, when you check in online and the wait time is correct... today I had a 7 minute time "estimate" when I left my office on the Fort, which is at least a 10 minute drive. I get in, check in and wait another 10 minutes.. and man, there was an employee milling around the back acting like no rush it isnt busy.. but look, I drove to cove because of the advertised time on the app.. Normally I'm one to stay away from chain locations for a haircut. But the stylists at this location make it more than that. Especially Yolanda, very knowledgeable and informative ensuring you get what you want even if you don't know. Especially friendly, she's my go-to in the area. Treats you more than just a simple customer so if you're looking for a barber to take care of you. Yolanda is the one to go to🤙

If I wanted a haircut like the one y’all gave me, I would’ve just went next-door to great clips. I don’t even know how you cut hair this bad, it’s insane. This is the second time and it’ll be the last. I’m not even gonna try a third time so don’t bother to offer.
