I go for the hot towel. Online check in is also very efficient.
Great customer service and great people, however the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted for my hair I asked for the sides to be trimmed up and only an inch at most to be taken off the top (my hair was about 7in long up top) and instead she cut my hair down to less than 3 inches. By the time I realized how much she was cutting it was too late. My hair still looks fine but nothing like I asked for
