Very disappointing experience. The stylist did not communicate properly and didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. I even tried to explain clearly, but there was no effort to confirm before starting. The haircut turned out very uneven, with different lengths on each side. It looks unprofessional and nothing like what I asked for. I now have to go somewhere else to fix it. Good communication and basic attention to detail are expected, but this place failed at both. I would not recommend this salon.
