Too blinded with "surprise", at the time, to even think of taking a photo of the back of my son's head. Even more surprised that someone who did that mess, could even work there. The haircut was fine. I regret that I have to write this, and it feels cowardly to do it this way, but it needs to be addressed. I was just in the store, and I think it's critical that you emphasize to your stylists the importance of personal hygiene. I first asked her to get me a new apron because I thought the strong smell of body odor was coming from that. They put the cape on too tight, but I brushed it off. I asked for a simple trim on the sides and back because I was growing out the top. Instead, she cut half an inch off my bangs and started using thinning shears on top. When I questioned it, another stylist said, “That’s just her thing.” I told her I didn’t want the top touched, so she stopped—leaving it uneven. Ok, so first thing I want to say is no matter where I have been Ive always liked Sport Clips they have always had a great staff of talented hair stylists who have never done me wrong. The Ladies at the Russellville store are no exception all of them know what they are doing but today I saw something that made me Simile. Hair Stylist's name was Lace. $26 haircut for a "skin" fade and gave a $25 dollar tip. When I got home I looked at my head and I've never received a choppier hair cut in my entire life. Stray long hairs uncut, minimal uniformity, I asked for a skin fade, telling her clearly that I wanted it down to the skin, was not, no shaver was used.
