Super Service, Tina is the BEST
Was on time and on deck. The stylist kept rechecking-in or pushing me down the wait list twice. Upon asking her answer was that I didn’t check-in. There was no sign that asks customers to check-in nor did anyone tell me to check in. I was standing right there but they kept taking others who came after me in the store. (Who by the way didn’t themselves check-in). Absolutely ridiculous and racist. I would stay away from this place.
i've tried this place a bunch of times over they years when i can't get a time at my usual place... and I always leave hating their business model. 1) Let's start with "online check in"... which means absolutely nothing. All they do is lure you into the store, but they DO NOT HONOR your scheduled time. It's a joke. This place is terrible i’ve been going for a bit they never get the haircut right i went today and came out with hair longer on one side and the middle was short it looked like a middle part which isn’t what i asked for i asked for a trim on top and there is nothing left i seriously will not be coming back and will be finding a new barbershop
