i was assured i will get a free haircut with the coupon i presented to them. nothing was said about the coupon except that you will get a free haircut. after the cut i was asked to pay for the haircut. very bad business practice. they conveniently chose not to tell me that my coupon is not good for that haircut.
Love this place and this shout out to AKKI for an amazing haircut. She is incredible, fun and her customer service skills are next level. Will be back soon.
I thought that Akki was super personable. It had been too long since my last haircut and she executed exactly what I was wanting. I was kept in the process as she cut my hair to my preference. Very sweet and engaged in the haircut, which is all I could ask for. Also gave me some great knowledge on tea tree products to keep my hair moisturized and healthy. Thank you Akki! See you soon!
