Canceled reservation and closed store early with no text, email, notice at all and just told us after driving all the way there and entered the store. Staff refused to allow us to make another reservation the next day. Terrible customer service.
Great experience, and I'll be going back for my next haircut.
First time at this store, I'm from out of town. Charged me 30 flat and didn't offer an MVP experience.
