My Stylist was Great! Best Haircut & Conversation I've had in awhile.
Made appointments online for my sons today. Waited over 100 minutes, arrived 10 min before their appointments and was told “you missed their appointment,” and that they had to be added to the bottom of the waitlist (another 65 minutes!). When I said, admittedly a little frustrated, “wait, we’re 10 minutes beforehand and we’ve already waited over 100 minutes,” I was told we could probably get them in a little earlier.
