Checked in online, because I can’t schedule an appointment like any normal place would allow, showed up at my scheduled time over my lunch break, and they were still 15 minutes out. I’m done with the entire chain.
i've gotten my hair cut at multiple sportsclips locations the one in rogers i had to go at 8:15am and wait by the door to get in right away at 9am when they open just to find out that 5 people schedule online ahead of me. i was able to get it cut but a bad cut i dont think any of these people know how to cut hair at all the stores. the one in champlin i waited 50 minutes just to have two people pop up before me and added 20 minutes to my wait time and not to get in. finally time came to get my hair cut and the cutter finishe... read more
