Made appointments online for my sons today. Waited over 100 minutes, arrived 10 min before their appointments and was told “you missed their appointment,” and that they had to be added to the bottom of the waitlist (another 65 minutes!). When I said, admittedly a little frustrated, “wait, we’re 10 minutes beforehand and we’ve already waited over 100 minutes,” I was told we could probably get them in a little earlier. Update your hours of operation. It says 9am you open on Sunday but your door says closed on Sunday’s and it’s dark inside. It’s 2026 and there is zero excuse for not knowing how to update hours of operation on google.
