Olivia is the best! She knows what she's doing with the clippers. Out of 5 barber's I went to this year she is the only one I trust to cut my hair from now on. Would give her 6 stars if I had the option.
First and last time that I come to this location (1431 Cedar Park), if I ever return to any Sport Clips for that matter. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing (7pm) and was rudely greeted by someone who clearly doesn't care about customer experience or like her job. The audacity for me to stop by when they are open and the open sign is lit. She advised me that they had 1 customer waiting and that they had seen their last client.
