Don't bother using the app. Not followed. I made an appointment for a haircut on the app. Was told to arrive at 1:40pm on 7/27/2025. When I arrived at 1:39 I was told it would be another 45 minutes and that I should come back. I came back at 2pm (20 minutes later) and my name was removed from the wait list and other clients were sitting in the chair that were not on the list. The stylist was very rude and didn't even apologize. I decided I can go other places for less hassle, less money and less rudeness! I hope the manageme... read more
