Extremely negative experience. My 2-year-old son had his haircut for the second time (04/28) and, as expected for his age, was frightened by the clippers and cried during the process. Despite this, the service was completed and I thanked the stylist for her patience. However, at checkout, an employee named Christy was rude and stated that my son would not be allowed to return. This shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism when dealing with a child. I do not recommend and will not return.
Been going here on and off, mainly off, for 10ish years. Gotta hand it to them because they consistently provide the worst hair cuts money can buy.
