So I have been a ping time custom here . Today may have changed my mind . So I check in online before 9 text said be here by 910 905 or so I check in. I get a text at 910 says will be 15 min . That 15 goes by . I see my name on the list #5 wait time 25 min . What happened to 15 min? 2 min later it’s now 27 min wait what the hell. ! Why check in ? Why chose a stylist? Why? Doesn’t do any good . 40 min wait and nothing! So I canceled my visit ! Not happy .
My stylist was fantastic, and I loved my haircut, service was fast and reasonably priced, overall a great place, and my go-to.
