Horrible leadership, rude and incompetent. Been before always been fine. Tried to create a new account for my son but the rude “Area Manager” Karen of this location preceded to argue with me about creating one for him. Said she wanted to change my account and then she wanted to change my other son’s account, instead of allowing me to create a new account on the self serve screen. Guess what?? Walked out with my son in tears!!! Not the first time Ive had bad customer service here but Ive chosen to swallow my pride but not today!! We pay for our services AND I TIP WELL!!! My son needed a hair cut , hes been here before several times!! He gets the SAME CUT EVERYTIME!! If you dont know these places keep record of clients, past cuts and stylists that have done services.
