I really like being able to check-in online through the app. I also appreciate the great haircut I receive each time I visit the store.
Got a haircut by Natasha. Explained what I wanted & asked if she needed a picture. She said no. Proceeds to shave the back of my hair off immediately (I just wanted the sides faded in). She tells me she won’t charge me then proceeds to charge me for the MVP cut. Nice lady but don’t tell me you won’t charge me after doing exactly what I told you I didn’t want done to my hair.
Cassandra J is fantastic. She takes her time cutting and washing my sons hair. She is patient with him as sometimes he can be an indecisive 13 yr old. Very professional and friendly staff and the wait time is very doable! 5 stars!
