Jade absolutely saved me when it came to helping me find a haircut for my son. As a new mother I didn't know how to exactly explain what I needed done but she took the time to listen to me and understand exactly how I wanted his haircut. We come by on a Sunday evening trying to just get a quick trim around my son’s ears because he is growing his hair out from a buzz cut. We did show up 9 mins before close so I knew we were cutting it short but the moment we walked in the door the looks on their faces and the way they spoke was very rude. They could have been much nicer about it but we for sure won’t be back.
They are the most awesome people and they have patients and listen very well
