Never get your hair cut by a stylist who's having a bad day. When she spoke at all, my stylist just complained about her job. The cut was rushed and sloppy and I had to have it cleaned up elsewhere. Service is hit or miss. I've never had the same person twice at this shop.
Well this is the second time I tried to get a haircut here and have been told once again they are booked. You should not advertise that no appointment is necessary.
